Here on this about me page you can gather some basic Information on this Bruce Reid character. My name is Bruce Reid and Iam 41 years of age. For most of my life, I have been very lucky, as my health has never been in question. In fact I have really been to a hospital, except to see, friend's or relative's. I did have a fish hook removed from my thigh once "long story" and ,yes, I was born in a hospital. Born and raised in New Zealand . I now live in Sydney, Australia.
It has only been in the last two and a half years or so that I have needed to do something extra, so that my body continues to be strong and healthy. I got my wake up call when diagnosed with arthritis some four years ago. I have never have liked taking any type of prescribed or over the counter meds " I even balk at taking asprins "
Quite a lot of people have allergies of some nature. If you have found what causes yours do keep an anti allergen and a epipen.
